Wholesale Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER PURCHASE.
We only accept returns if an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the incorrect style was shipped.
Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Returns for defective or incorrect items must be requested within 14 business days from the shipped date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and labels.
- Exchange or Store Credit: Approved defective or incorrect item returns will be issued an exchange for the same style or store credit.
- Non-eligible Returns: If 14 days have passed since your item was shipped, we cannot offer an exchange or store credit.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, email info@evenuel.com with the following details:
- Business Name
- Invoice #
- Style #
- Color
- Quantity
- Reason for Return
- Photo of Damaged or Incorrect Item(s)
Once we receive and inspect your request, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be written on the original packaging before shipping the return.
RETURNS WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
